Treatment
South Metro Mental Health specializes in treating depression, anxiety, bipolar and
impulse control disorders.
Specialized genetic testing to determine medication effectiveness and food allergy testing is also available.
Our Approach
*We are active listeners, allowing the client to feel empowered and in control of their medication management decisions.
*We use attachment based and cognitive-behavioral therapies, along with complimentary and alternative approaches. Medications are used as necessary.
*Additionally, we utilize evidence-based rating scales and worksheets to assist clients with identifying their mental health needs and to improve coping skills.
